Yes. You can start with FAQs and basic business details. When you add a website later, we can auto‑fetch answers from it to improve accuracy.
🗣️ Do you support Hindi and regional languages?›
Yes. We support English, Hindi, and regional languages. You can define tone and guidelines so replies feel on‑brand.
🔢 How are conversations counted?›
One conversation covers up to 30 messages in a thread. If the thread reaches the 31st message, a new conversation starts at that message. If there’s a 1‑hour gap since the previous reply (from either side), the next message starts a new conversation.
💬 What happens after I use up my bundle?›
If you’ve purchased conversation packs, we automatically start deducting from them so there’s no interruption. If you don’t have a pack, you can buy more conversations as add‑ons (1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000) and they’ll activate immediately while your plan is active.
🔁 Do unused conversations roll over?›
No. Bundle conversations do not roll over. Quarterly bundles are pooled across 90 days; Annual bundles across a year.
➕ How do add‑on packs work?›
Buy extra conversations any time on an active plan. Packs auto‑activate when your bundle runs out so chats don’t stop.

🧾 How are WhatsApp/BSP fees and taxes billed?›
WhatsApp/BSP fees are billed at actuals by your BSP (WhatsApp provider). GST is applied as applicable on Lyftr AI subscription and packs.
🧭 Can I cancel or change plans?›
Yes. You can cancel anytime or move to a different plan at the end of your current billing period. Your usage and packs continue to work until the period ends.
🔐 What about data privacy and security?›
We follow a privacy‑first approach with role‑based access and audit trails. Your data stays within your control; we never sell data or train external models on your messages. You can request export or deletion anytime via hello@lyftr.ai.
